Death Spectre SDE

Another mini I hammered away at this week was the Death Spectre. He's an interesting big bad. I used some Tamiya putty to smooth out the joins before priming. Did a bit of airbrushing on the greys for the smokey legs, chest and the big scythe. Also did a bit of soft highlight on the big purple cloak, then overpainted to intensify the purple then a bit more highlight. Think he suddenly came together when I painted in the red veins and tentacles of the scythe.

Tabbybrook Mage and Sebastion Cross

More finished heroes. The Tabbybrook Mage has taken me a few days a bit at the time since she has some fiddly detail in that cloak trim. I also did some subtle modding on her at the start, all at the bottom. I thought it was odd how tall she was and how floaty she looked at the bottom so cut her off the base and cut off the rounded bit under her skirt to be flat and make her lean forward a bit like her art. Sebastian Cross apart from being difficult to photograph was super quick to paint up. Also did never lost Cola and ninja Cola which were super quick to do though that compass face was fiddly.
