mostly with washes. It's a bit cartoony looking but striking as well so I like it. After painting the nails and teeth I got the idea to bloody up the mouth like a great white shark, Tamiya clear red contrasts well with the blue face.

Reaper Bones Land Shark
Bit of fun painting another Bones II monster. Loved the look of the land shark as soon as I saw it. Started off with black prime and a bit of coal black airbrushing before drybrushing all those wonderful scales and segments, then I got the idea to make it more blue, then even more blue, then a bit more mostly with washes. It's a bit cartoony looking but striking as well so I like it. After painting the nails and teeth I got the idea to bloody up the mouth like a great white shark, Tamiya clear red contrasts well with the blue face.
